Jubensha: Game Over - Sat 16th May @ 7PM

£30.00

A group of game enthusiasts are invited to playtest a brand new game. During the game, all the players lose their memory. A player is found dead and no one can remember what happened. All the game instructions say is, “You have one goal in this game: escape. If you do not escape, it’s GAME OVER.”

Jubensha 剧本杀 (literally translated to "script murder"), is the hottest entertainment and social activity for youths in East Asia. It is an adaptation of Western murder mystery dinner parties and popularised by the Korean show Crime Scene and Chinese show Who's the Murderer. It involves a group of players roleplaying as detectives and/or suspects in a crime scene to deduce who the murderer is amongst them.
