    ADRIANNA RYN

    Founder (she/they)

Adrianna is the guiding force behind Arcadia’s creative world. Unable to find a comfortable space to play D&D with friends, she ventured forth to make one that champions safety, creativity, and community, ensuring that every adventure is as welcoming as it is thrilling. When she’s not managing Arcadia’s story and GMs, you’ll find her on her podcast about banned children’s books, or at the table playing a blueberry-shaped dwarf barbarian called Albert.

  • LIVVY OBERRIETH

    Venue Creative Director (they/them)

Livvy shapes Arcadia’s immersive spaces, from hand-painting our first themed rooms to designing the worlds still ahead. They lead the Artisan’s Guild and will helm a full lineup of creative workshops. An artist, historian, and mega-nerd who also plays Opal Winter — a half-elf druid halfway into bunny wildshape — Livvy brings curiosity and color to everything they touch.

    MATT FRANCIS

    Finance Director (he/him)

Matt is an FCA qualified accountant, combining over 20 years professional experience with his passion for gaming, he focuses on sustaining our growth and building our operations to deliver our mission of safety, creativity and community. When we can drag him away from the accounts he's either hiking, or at our table playing a small, delightful(?), dragonborn rogue called Nansi. We are all a bit reluctant to tell Matt that D&D doesn't actually stand for Dwarves & Duergar...

  • TIM GEORGE

    Assistant Director (he/him)

Tim is our friendly neighbourhood Assistant Director, and a Map Maker, Session Writer and GM. Responsible for writing many of our whimsical adventures, when he’s not hosting a variety of games sessions, you can spot him at conventions searching for fresh games to bring back to the venue. You may have also encountered his character, Kevin: a Kenku Wizard with the peculiar limitation of learning only ten new words per session… and who after perishing in the Verdant Maw may or may not now be some form of enigmatic symbiotic entity. Research is ongoing....
