Pay It Forward Scheme Policy

The Pay It Forward Scheme is an optional initiative offered by Arcadia Games Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) that allows customers to contribute additional funds at the point of purchase. These funds are pooled and used to provide complimentary tickets to individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend Arcadia sessions.

Contributions

• Participation in the Pay It Forward Scheme is entirely voluntary.

• Additional contributions are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for credit, cash, or other services.

• Contributions are pooled and are not allocated to specific individuals or events unless explicitly stated by Arcadia Games Ltd.

Eligibility for Supported Tickets

• Individuals wishing to access tickets funded through the Pay It Forward Scheme must complete an application form provided by Arcadia Games Ltd.

• By completing the form, applicants confirm that:

o they are currently experiencing financial hardship that limits their ability to attend Arcadia sessions, and

o the information they provide is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge.

• Applicants agree to notify Arcadia Games Ltd and request removal from the scheme should their financial circumstances change in a way that no longer requires support, in order to allow others to benefit.

Distribution of Tickets

• Tickets funded through the Pay It Forward Scheme will be offered to eligible participants via contact information provided on the application form.

• Offers are made on a firstcome, firstserved basis, subject to availability.

• Receiving a supported ticket does not guarantee ongoing access to future tickets, as availability depends on contributions and demand.

Use of Tickets

• Pay It Forward tickets are issued for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged.

• All recipients must comply with Arcadia Games Ltd’s Safety Charter, Code of Conduct, and all applicable venue and event policies.

• Standard age restrictions and event-specific rules continue to apply.

Abuse of the Scheme

• Arcadia Games Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or cancel tickets, refuse future participation, or remove individuals from the Pay It Forward Scheme where there is evidence of:

o false or misleading information provided during application,

o misuse, resale, or transfer of supported tickets, or

o any other abuse of the scheme.

• Decisions relating to eligibility, ticket allocation, and removal from the scheme are made at the sole discretion of Arcadia Games Ltd.

General

• Arcadia Games Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Pay It Forward Scheme at any time.

• Participation in the scheme, whether as a contributor or recipient, constitutes acceptance of this policy and all associated Arcadia Games Ltd policies.
